From June 2nd to September 10th 2017, the Deichtorhallen Hamburg will show a large exhibition on the American video artist Bill Viola, one of the most important contemporary creators worldwide. The monumental installations of Bill Viola will transform the architecture of this 3,000 m² hall dedicated to contemporary art into a 21st century cathedral — which will also become an outstanding stage for the topicality and inspirational power of Lutheran thought.
