“Asador Etxebarria” among the world’s best restaurants
Basque cuisine has received one more award: Restaurant Magazine has named the Asador Etxebarria in the Basque village of Atxondo as the sixth best restaurant in the world. This is quite unusual for an “asador” (which is the Spanish term for a grill restaurant) and even more relevant considering that its traditional cuisine under chef Víctor Arguinzoniz’s command has already received one Michelin star.
