Ljubljana: European Green Capital

It’s a city that surprises in many ways – small in size, but huge in terms of hospitality and quality of life. Many changes have been made to improve the city’s life in a short space of time, which is why Ljubljana has been named European Green Capital 2016. Some examples: 74% of the apartments in the city are already heated by district heating, the city center is now mainly dedicated to pedestrians and cyclists.
