MUCA and AIT – a new hotspot in Munich’s art and architectural scene

Germany’s first Museum of Urban and Contemporary Art (MUCA) is located at the heart of Munich’s city center. Repainted by the Berlin graffiti artist Stohead, the old transformer station now offers 2000 square meters of an exhibition area that presents a lively exchange of street and urban art, combined with other contemporary genres. Since May 4th, 2017, the “AIT-ArchitekturSalon” showcases its exhibitions in the basement of the old building.
