“Odprta kuhna“ – The market place as an open kitchen for master cooking in Slovenia

It is no secret that the little Slovenia generates master cooks. From May to the end of September, no-one has to travel to the countryside to enjoy their art: only to go to the Ljubljana central market on Fridays. There, up to 30 chefs from top restaurants, inns and farms will be cooking at the same time.
